A cut by many names, the skirt steak has quickly soared to being one of the UK's favourite cuts of beef. Inexpensive, tasty and unique in its muscle fibre composition. Its deep ridges act as a reservoir for marinades to sit and penetrate making it an excellent option for stir frys or cooking over flame.

Our Beef is sourced from small, regenerative British farms and hung to dry age for a minimum of 28 days.
