Lamb Rump

It's said that there's more than one way to skin a cat but we don't really think skinning cats is very cool. There are however, several ways to cook a Lamb Rump and you should definitely give them a go. As a whole piece, it makes for a great roast or you can slice into steaks for a quick pan-fry to give you a break from beef.
