Lamb Kofte Skewers

Britain's culinary identity is predicated on its multicultural influences and Turkish cuisine plays an undeniably significant role in that. While we can't offer an authentic taste of Istanbul, we hope our interpretation of the Kofte is a loyal representation. We combine minced lamb with fresh garlic, parsley, mint and a spice blend of paprika, cumin and Aleppo pepper skewered ready for the Mangal.
